  3. Pure oils have safety information on the label.

TEST THE OIL

There is one more trick you can do. Place a few drops of oil you want to test on a white piece of paper and let it dry completely. When it is dried, essential oil leaves almost no trace on the paper. There will be a stain if it’s a fake oil or has an added carrier.
